Turnaround Time:

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days, and most of our items arrive within 3-5 days for customers in the USA and UK. For international orders (outside of the USA and UK), you can expect delivery in about 7-14 business days. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, it will be delivered during the next working days.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship through UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Our choice of carrier for your order depends on several criteria, including the postal address, the order’s size and weight, and others.

Orders that are delivered overseas may be subject to customs clearance processes when they arrive in their destination country, which might result in delivery times that are longer than expected. Because of this, Stuffee Prints is not liable for any problems resulting from delays in destination customs clearance or processing. These delays are out of our control.

International orders may be subject to customs or taxes. Customs regulations differ greatly from one nation to the next. If you are unclear, kindly get in touch with your nearest customs office for further details. Once your purchase has been sent, Stuffee Prints is not liable for any customs, tariffs, or taxes that may be incurred.

Shipping Address:

Any mistakes, inaccurate addresses, incomplete unit numbers, or missing unit numbers that are not recorded in the mailing address are the responsibility of the customer. Stuffee Prints will not be held responsible and will not issue refunds if the package is lost or not delivered as a result of a customer’s error. Therefore, please double-check your mailing address information.

Lost Items:

The order may be traced to know its status, and there are often no losses of any type.
Nevertheless, we provide the option of insuring the package for an additional fee if you want to feel more comfortable.

Other Information:

Prints are rolled and placed in tube containers that are tightly sealed. We have taken a great effort to select the safest way to handle and deliver your item.

Tracking:

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery method and other tracking information as soon as your item ships.

Sizes:

Because sizes are universal, you can find a frame that fits at any frame shop.
