Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes accidents happen. If something goes wrong, don’t worry! We’ll make the return process easy and straightforward.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods:

We take pride in providing you with the highest-quality prints at our company. So, if you receive a damaged or faulty print from us, we will replace it free of charge.

To process a replacement, photos of both the packaging tube and the damaged print are required. These photos are essential for us to file a damage claim with our shipping carrier.

Please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the packaging tube (showing any dents or damage) and the print itself. Once verified, we will reprint (or exchange) your purchase free of charge as soon as possible.

All prints should exactly match what is advertised on our website; however, sometimes, we may miss small details in the process. If this happens and you’re not satisfied with your print’s appearance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so we can investigate further.

We want you to love what you ordered! But unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds, exchanges or returns if you ordered the wrong size and item. Please take note of the size and type of product before finalizing your purchase. If there’s any mix-up on our part, please give us a shout, and we will send you the right item ASAP.

Changes and Cancellations:

Because we follow made-to-order (we manufacture when you place an order), we can make no changes once your order has been placed with us. This includes print selection and size of the product you want. However, before sending it off, if you need to update any of the information, like email and shipping address, please immediately inform customer service because they will adjust shipping accordingly.

Notes:

Please take your time choosing the right print for your wall. If you need a second opinion, our team would be more than happy to help! Make sure you measure up carefully too. A fail-safe method is to cut out a piece of paper in the dimensions of the print and stick it on the wall with some blue tack. That way, you can see exactly how it will look in its original place.
